Purpose Statement The purpose of the Service Consortium is to join existing service businesses together and/or create new service businesses to provide any service a company may require. A short list of these types of companies follows, with measurable, definite outcomes. Each has their own business plan. (See Attachments). Security: Our Security Service members will provide a security evaluation of our Clients, and provide them a member who can provide their security services Marketing/Advertising: Our Marketing and Advertising members will provide our Clients with a marketing prospectus, design their campaigns, and utilize Talent for Advertising and Promotion. Insurance: Our Insurance Service members will provide the best Insurance to our Clients at the best rates available. Financial: Our Financial Services members will provide all payroll and financial services our Clients may need. Talent: Our Talent Services members will provide Talent, Directors, Producers, and all other services used in film, television, radio, and print advertisement. Management Services: Our Management Services members will provide our Clients with a prospectus and training in how to expand their business, as well as all the resources they need to manage their business more effectively. Other: Asset Management, Audio/Visual, Communications, Consulting, Corporate Relocation, Customer Management, Interior Design, E-Commerce, Event Planning/Production, Office Services, Public Speaking, Translation, Administrative Services, Mailing/Shipping Services, Records Management, Call Center Services, Human Resource Services, Reprographics Services, Translation Processing, Accounting, Benefits Management, Customer Service, Help-desk Management and Operation, Facilities Management, Mailroom (Internal and external), Procurement, Secretarial and Administrative Support, Internal Audit and Accounting, Accounts Payable Service, Hotels, Travel Services, Photography, Videoconferencing, Web Design and Hosting and many more...   Each company that joins the Consortium will be charged an annual membership fee to cover corporate expenses. In exchange the members of the Consortium will be provided with Corporate Advertising, use of their services by other members, and free instruction and assistance in developing and expanding their business.

Business Information The Service Consortium is a conglomeration of companies in the service industry that wish to provide their services to other service industry professional members for a reduced rate that is only available to members of the consortium. Based and founded in the United States the consortium has the potential of growing to the point of having no borders what so ever. International boundaries, and industry boundaries will have no effect on the potential expansion of the consortium.
